1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using any part of bat777 — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using bat777 immediately.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bat777. They apply to all bat777 products and services including sports betting, cricket betting, casino games, crash games, slots, virtual sports and any other features that may be added to bat777 in the future.

2Eligibility
To register for and use bat777 you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. bat777 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit or gamble on the platform under any circumstances.
- You must be the registered holder of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw. bat777 does not permit the use of third-party payment accounts.
- You must not be a resident of or accessing bat777 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You must not be a current or former employee of bat777, its affiliates, game providers or service providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion arrangement with bat777 or through any industry self-exclusion register that covers bat777.
bat777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including during account registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any transaction. If age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended pending verification and any outstanding bets will be voided.
3Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one bat777 account. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. bat777 uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are found, bat777 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, void any pending bets and withhold any bonus funds.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering at bat777, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, date of birth, address and contact details. You must keep your account information up to date at all times. bat777 is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your bat777 login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. bat777 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bat777 support immediately at support@bat777.wine. bat777 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred before notification.
3.4 KYC Verification
bat777 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. This is a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required by our licensing obligations. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension.
4Deposits and Payments
bat777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently accepted:
- Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfer
- JazzCash – mobile wallet transfer
- NayaPay – digital wallet
- SadaPay – digital wallet
- IBFT Bank Transfer – instant bank transfer
- Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card
The minimum deposit at bat777 is Rs 500. Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your bat777 wallet within seconds. IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank. Card deposits are subject to your issuing bank's processing times.
bat777 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own charges — bat777 is not responsible for any fees applied by third-party payment processors.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. bat777 does not accept deposits from funds derived from illegal activity. If bat777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds have an illegal origin, the account will be suspended and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
5Withdrawals
Withdrawals from bat777 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method in your own name. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.
5.1 Processing Times
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically 15–30 minutes after approval
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 15–60 minutes after approval
- IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–3 business hours after approval
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. bat777 may additionally request proof of payment method for any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while a security review is in progress may be held until the review is completed.
bat777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that any withdrawal is being made to a payment method owned and registered by the player. Where this cannot be confirmed, the withdrawal will be held pending clarification.
5.3 Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw while active wagering requirements are outstanding will either be declined or will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings. Real money deposits and their winnings (where no active bonus is in play) can generally be withdrawn without restriction.
6Bonuses and Promotions
bat777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all bat777 promotions unless stated otherwise:
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bat777 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 of qualifying bets must be placed before that bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
- Bets placed on restricted games or markets may not contribute towards wagering requirements.
- Where game contribution rates apply, they will be stated in the promotion terms.
- Bets placed using bonus funds that are later voided for any reason will not count towards wagering requirements.
6.2 One Bonus at a Time
bat777 players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you attempt to claim a new bonus while another is active, the new claim will either be queued (if the promotion permits) or declined. Completing wagering requirements on your current bonus before claiming a new one is the correct approach.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
bat777 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or reclaim bonus funds in cases where the bonus has been claimed or used in a way that is not in the spirit of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds to place bets designed to hedge or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; or using any automated method to claim bonuses.
7Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on bat777 are subject to acceptance by bat777 at its sole discretion. bat777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, or to void any bet already accepted, in cases including but not limited to: system errors, obvious pricing errors, suspicion of match manipulation, or where the player is identified as a professional bettor or arbitrage bettor.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in the bat777 betting interface for each market. These limits may change at any time and may differ by sport, market, event or individual player. bat777 may apply reduced maximum stake limits to any account at its discretion without prior notice.
7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes
If bat777 publishes odds or lines that are obviously erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error, a decimal point in the wrong place, or an operator input error — bat777 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the player's bat777 wallet.
7.4 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting on bat777 is subject to delays between a real-world event and the moment the bet is recorded on bat777's servers. bat777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure in-play odds are up to date, but cannot guarantee that an in-play bet will be placed before the event it relates to has already concluded. Bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant event or passage of play will be voided.
7.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bat777's settlement policy for that event will follow the rules published for the relevant sport. Generally, if an event does not complete within 36 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. Specific exceptions apply to cricket matches — particularly Test matches — and are detailed in the cricket betting rules available in the bat777 help centre.
8Casino Games and Crash Games
All casino games available on bat777 — including slots, crash games, virtual sports and table games — are provided by third-party game studios whose software is independently audited and certified for fairness. bat777 does not control the RNG outcomes of third-party games. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
8.1 Crash Games
Crash games on bat777, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair technology. Each round's crash multiplier is determined before betting opens, using a cryptographic hash. Players can verify the fairness of each round using the server seed, client seed and nonce values made available after the round. bat777 does not alter crash game results after rounds begin.
8.2 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction in any bat777 game — including disconnection during a crash game round — bat777 will attempt to settle the relevant round or bet according to the available server-side data. If no reliable outcome data is available, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake refunded. bat777's decision on game malfunction settlements is final.
8.3 Disconnection During Crash Games
If you are disconnected from bat777 during a crash game round and have not set an auto cash-out, your bet will be settled by the server-side outcome of the round. bat777 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side internet disconnections. Setting an auto cash-out target before each round is strongly recommended.
9Responsible Gaming
bat777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
- Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a set period. Same cooling rules as deposit limits.
- Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of bat777.
- Cool-off periods: Take a short break from bat777 for a period of your choice — 24 hours, 48 hours, one week or up to six weeks. You cannot log in during a cool-off period.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from bat777. During a self-exclusion, your account is closed and you cannot register a new account.

10Account Suspension and Closure
bat777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC
- Holding or operating duplicate accounts on bat777
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity
- Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bat777
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with bat777 in any automated manner
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in any way described in Section 6 of these terms
- Any conduct bat777 reasonably believes is harmful to the platform, its players or its staff
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, bat777 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance to the extent permitted by applicable law. If closure is not the result of a breach, your real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11Privacy and Data
bat777 collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments and comply with legal obligations. Your personal information is handled in accordance with bat777's Privacy Policy, which is available at bat777.wine/privacy-policy.

- Interruptions, delays or errors in the bat777 platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures or force majeure events
- Any decision you make to place a bet or play a game on bat777
- Losses resulting from gambling activity on bat777, including losses arising from bets placed under the influence of the platform's bonus or promotional offers
- Unauthorised access to your account where you failed to protect your login credentials adequately
- Any content, advice or information from third parties accessed through bat777
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes bat777's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13Changes to These Terms
bat777 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are material, bat777 will provide at least seven days' notice to registered players via the email address on their account before the revised terms take effect. Non-material changes may be made without notice and will take effect from the date they are posted on bat777's website.
